Weiße Stadt — Berlin
Weiße Stadt is an impressive housing estate in the Reinickendorf district of Berlin, built between 1928 and 1931 by architects Bruno Ahrends, Wilhelm Büning, and Otto Rudolf Salvisberg. Since 2008, it has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage and comprises 1,268 apartments over approximately 14.4 hectares. The estate is an outstanding example of New Building and features gatehouses, a bridge house, and various facilities such as shops, a children's home, a doctor's practice, and a café.
