Colonna di Traiano — Rome
The Trajan's Column is a Roman monument located in the Trajan's Forum in Rome, inaugurated on May 12, 113 AD to celebrate Trajan's victories in Dacia. Standing about 30 meters tall, it features a spiral frieze that narrates the Dacian campaigns in 155 scenes. Inside, a spiral staircase with 185 steps leads to the top. This masterpiece of art and imperial propaganda is a significant attraction for tourists and history enthusiasts.
