Cadeia da Relação
Cadeia da Relação, located at Largo Amor de Perdição in Porto, is a historic building constructed in the 18th century that served as a prison and court. Since 2001, it houses the Portuguese Photography Centre, offering exhibitions dedicated to photography with free entry in several areas. Classified as a National Monument, the space combines the austere architecture of the former prison with a vibrant cultural atmosphere. It is an ideal place for photography and history enthusiasts, easily accessible and close to the Clerigos Tower.
