On 29 September, as part of the European Week of Sport BEACTIVE, a special event dedicated to physical activity during the working day will take place in Paphos. This is an opportunity to step away from your usual work routine for a while, do some exercise, and learn how to incorporate more movement into your daily life, even if you spend most of your day in the office.
